Excellent meet and greet services
We used Paradigm for multiple services on a recent European and almost every one was exceptional. The meet and greet services for arrival and especially departure at CDG were amazing. We all were not feeling well on departure day and the two young men who handled everything for us from luggage to lounge were life savers.
Our only disappointment was our transfer driver from hotel to airport in Budapest, his erratic driving turned our stomachs, but other than that we were extremely happy with the company and highly recommend. Also the communication with the office was quick and efficient.

We had the most amazing experience with this service when we landed in Rome. Our greeter was lovely and assisted us through passport control, to baggage claim and connected us with our transportation to hotel . We used the 3 services provided - a greeter, a porter and driver. Made our arrival smooth and stress free

Hands down one of the best services
Hands down one of the best services out there to expedite the process of getting through customs/immigration. My family and I have traveled into CDG before and it was one of the more challenging experiences getting through customs in a reasonable amount of time. I really did not want to experience that again on my most recent trip I took alone connecting through CDG so I opted to book fast track services and found Paradigm Meet and Greet through my research. Both times I flew into and out of CDG through my connecting flights, I had about a 2 hour layover and both times using Paradigm, I was able to make it through customs with at least 30 minutes to spare before boarding my next flight! It was super easy and convenient and I’m so glad I did it because I know I would have missed my connecting flights had I not opted for this service. They were easy to find right when I got off my plane and again on my flight going home after I got off the bus to the terminal holding up a sign looking for me to ensure they found me and off we went. There was little to no wait times getting through crowds at times and I couldn’t be more grateful that the team that escorted me through the airport seamlessly made it such a pleasant connecting flight. I will be using their services going forward and highly recommend going with Paradigm. You won’t regret it!

Paradigm Was Fantastic!
We recently used Paradigm for international departure services from CDG in Paris. I have previously flown from this airport and was stuck in line after line. Not the case this time with Paradigm. My wife and I were greeted at the front of airport terminal and our bags were quickly taken by two fine gentlemen. They assisted us through the VAT process and then we cut to the front of every line, including airline check in, customs and security. And when my backpack was flagged and sitting in a que to be checked, they were able to speak with security personnel and get me moved to the front of that line. I had people asking how we were able to do that. My simple answer is Paradigm. After this experience, I will use their service every time I depart from an international airport!

We were met promptly and taken through to the "express " immigration and luggage was safely and swiftly obtained. We waited in a lovely lounge for our hotel connection. Even though unrelated to the Paradigm order, they coordinated the transfer. So easy. So wonderful. Wish they were everywhere.

Unfortunately, our agent was delayed by a problem of exceptional nature at Customs and could not be replaced by a colleague. As a result, you were not promptly met when your flight landed. The agent then tried to locate you, but without success.
This is not the level of service we commit to, and we understand your dissatisfaction. Our customer service team has promptly issued a refund and presented an apology for the inconvenience, which we would like to reiterate here.

Seamless travel
Seamless, stress free way to travel when you’re not familiar with an airport. Had a very short layover AT CDG on my way to the US and using this service allowed me to make it to my connecting flight on time. If I had to wait in line at customs I would have missed my connect for sure. Great service to use.

Tremendous and indispensable help
Tremendous and indispensable help! I am writing one review, but over the course of 10 days I used their service 4 times in Nice and Catania. It all was exactly what I had hoped for and gave us time that would have been spent in lines and let us spend it in the lounge. Also, I made a mistake in the Nice airport in going to the wrong Terminal and without their help, I am not sure I would have corrected my mistake quickly enough to make the flight. Outside of my home country, I would absolutely consider using Paradigm again on departing flights and on arriving flights subject to customs. We are healthy and glad to get and carry our own luggage so the value on an arriving flight maybe isn't a meaningful if not dealing with customs.

Everything was perfect and efficient. Saved a lot of time!
Everything was perfect from the time we were greeted to our drop off at the gate. It was smooth, quick and efficient. He took our passports and checked our bags, got our VAT tax refund, went through security, skipping long lines. I would highly recommend this service!

Don’t think they even deserve 1 star even! Absolutely useless! Avoid at all cost.
I had booked their Arrival service plus paid for their expensive add-on of portering services, after seeing all the other positive reviews on Trustpilot, for my mother on 10th April 2024 at Islamabad Airport. No one showed up from Paradigm Meet and Greet Company, and she had to essentially navigate everything herself, which was extremely challenging to say the least!
No one even contacted her or the person who was picking her up from the airport, even after i had given all contact numbers possible to the Company! What a horrible and poor service! Be careful of all the other positive reviews!!!!
Update - Paradigm Meet and Greet refunded me 50% of my payment and came up with a self fabricated story after few days of investigation that their representative met my mother at passport control and that he was waiting at the arrival bridge. What they didn’t knew was that my mother had left her mobile on her seat in the aeroplane (something which can be verified by airline), and she waited a long time at the arrival bridge, and there was no representative of the company. There was only one person holding placard for someone else. No one met her at passport control, so unfortunately, it does show that the company’s customer service is really poor as well, as they will create a fabricated story! Be aware and Avoid these scammers! I still don’t understand what they charged me EUR 159 for (after refund of 50%)…. Just sending few emails to me!!!

Following up with the local airport team, it appears that, although the lady and the agent with the signage initially did not see each other at the meeting point (arrival gate), they were then able to meet before passport control and proceeded together through the following checkpoints.
We feel and understand that the lady might have been disappointed at not having been welcomed as she expected; for this, we are sincerely sorry. You may rest assured that our reservation department will be in touch with you very soon with more details and with a response to your request for compensation.
