Having worked in the background on a previous training course, the setup is absolutely outstanding and the method of instruction is so good that it goes in and stays in. Great company with both the instructor’s and admin staff, top people who also have a vast amount of experience.

I trained with Paradigm Security Solutions a few years ago, initially I completed a Surveillance course before then doing my Close Protection and First Person on Scene qualifications.

The professionalism shown by Robert Paxman was unmatched, from receiving the course joining instructions through to the welcoming on my arrival was first class.

Roberts knowledge in his subject field is miles ahead of his competitors and it really sets a good base for a learner whether new to the security industry or have been in the industry for many years like myself.

Given the expense of completing the qualifications, I took my time to research other companies thoroughly before committing and it’s clear that many training providers in this space offer additional bells and whistles that sound attractive to a prospective learner but the reality is they’re unnecessary and purely a marketing tool.

The wealth of knowledge within the trainers is second to none.Rob was lead instructor on the FPOSi with Rob there is no such thing as a stupid question he would take the time to EDIP so the indepth amount of information sunk in through out the whole CP course he was there to guide and give his weather of knowledge to stear all the students in the right direction well worth doing if you want to be ahead of the game.

Fantastic company to train with. Staff came with a wealth of knowledge and always willing to assist further.

After taking the leap back into the Security industry. I was lucky enough to find Rob at Paradigm where I did my Security operations deploma, FPOSi first Aid and my SIA Close protection courses.
These were indepth and very well run courses. I have been working in the Film industry pretty much ever since and never look back. I will be looking to Rob and Paradigm latter this year to do my top up courses. And maybe some other training.
I can highly recommend Rob snd his team at Paradigm. And recommend him to anyone that is looking to get their SIA licence and much more.
He is a wealth of knowledge, very approachable and can also help get people into work... something that many companies promise but few deliver.
