BEWARE This company charge a premium price, so you're anticipating a premium product. Having paid £100 for a pair of headphones I was mighty annoyed at the sound quality. Build quality is ok but they're DEFINITELY not £100 worth. If you can get them for between £10 and £20 then fair enough.

On 25/03/2025 was delivered a pair of ParaEar wireless earbuds. I have encountered several issues that are affecting the overall performance of the product:

1. Battery Life: The battery drains very quickly, even when ANC is off. For example, the battery went from 100% to 80% in less than an hour with standard use, which is not in line with the advertised performance.

2. Transparency Mode: When using Transparency Mode, I hear a constant fizzing/static noise, making it uncomfortable and difficult to use.

3. Call Quality: The call quality is very poor, and even at full volume, it's hard to hear the other person clearly.

4. ANC Functionality: The Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) feature affects the audio quality during calls, and I need to turn it off to get decent sound.

5. Discrepancy in Specifications: The information provided in the product manual mentions one set of specifications, but the details on your website are different, especially regarding battery life and waterproof rating. This discrepancy is concerning and misleading.

My old earbuds are better sound quality and good battery life, brilliant ( I paid £19.99 in July 2024) compared with £98 ParaEar.

They declined a full refund and I'm going to report them

Crappy company - don’t have anything to do with them. I bought a pair of headphones which didn’t do what I wanted them to. I was told I had to return them to China and I did get the address out of them and posted them off. It cost me £25 and the headphones were returned to me so no refund 😟

Dropshipping scam. They sell cheap headphones that can be purchased on Alibaba for less than a fiver. DO NOT BUY!!!

SAVED BY THESE REVIEWS!! I was researching best noise cancelling earbuds and came across what was obviously a fake ‘best earbuds’ product review site, where Paraear came out tops… I went to their site and it seemed ALMOST credible but a few typos and some dubious grammar made me do a further review search….so THANK YOU to all that put out the facts about this crappy company! I’m so sorry you guys got scammed and I hope you’re all in line for some good karma to compensate 🙏🏻

I’ve noticed that many of the 5-star reviews come from accounts that have posted all their reviews on the same day. It seems like an attempt to appear trustworthy by having multiple reviews, but the pattern raises concerns about authenticity. Has anyone else noticed this?

Like others I was duped into believing that the "review website" was genuine and that this was a UK company. I ordered a pair of earphones for £109. It was only when the tracking came through stating China that I realised what a terrible mistake I had made. I immediately tried to cancel the order but the company refused to accept the cancellation saying the order was already shipped (which I doubt). So after a week or so some earphones turned up. The problem is they are very low quality and definitely not as advertised. Worth £10 maybe at tops. I asked for a refund but the company then tell you that its not worth it as you have to pay return shipping to China. They also state there is nothing wrong with their products. The review website is fake, they do not disclose they are in China and that returns will be a major problem. Total scam, avoid at all costs.

The worst customer service I ever faced in my life!! Every time I emailed them to return their poor quality headphones (which are not made in UK!) a chat bot called 'Vivian' responds with the same phrases. I want to return them but I am worried, these scammers might not even refund me half of it. I then asked them to compensate me 15% but still the same chat bot response kept coming. I don't know what to do.

I read a tech publication review of the current earbud market and this product came out on top and was on special offer from the link. A fake TrustPilot score is shown on the product page and fake reviews abound.

I purchased believing the product to come from the UK but 9 days later a plain box arrived from China.

Terrible sound quality. Terrible noise cancelling. Terrible response from the Supplier.

Despite all their claims, they want me to return the box to China (not UK) at my cost and fully insured where they will evaluate the product and offer a refund less a restocking charge. Or a 10% refund and keep the product.

ALL IN ALL A BUNCH OF SHARKS AND I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REAL TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS WHICH ARE CONDEMMING.

This product is a dropshipped scam out of china, when you try to return it they offer to give you a small percent back of the real value.

They are just poor quality dropshipped replicas of "AirPod Max"..

Cheapo plastic nasty horrible crap headphones that sound like a someone dropping a big bag of spanners down a lift shaft!

The only quality is the box....oh,and a cloth carry bag that they don't even fit in!

Found these with a very good review on a tech site but they should be ashamed of themselves. They are a Chinese company with terrible customer service. If you want to return the product, the cost is half the price of the item and they make it as difficult as possible. You can find better products for less than £30 avoid at all costs.

Utter rubbish. These cans are worth only a few quid at most. Don't be conned as I was.

Horrific experience all around. Headphones didn't work and the customer service was appalling. They refused to refund my money or pay for return shipping and I finally had to reclaim the funds through my bank after weeks of chasing Paraear to no avail. Total scammers.

Paying £109 for a headphones that are coming direct from China you expect a certain amount of quality with a product. The plastic feels cheap and brittle, the bits that look metal in the pictures are chrome plastic and looks and feels like something you would get on a cheap childs toy. the Sound quality on the high end is tinny, the low end seems ok.
If youre buying these thinking that you are getting a premium product then you are mistaken, there are a lot better options for sub £30.
The customer service refutes the quality of the product and tried to put me off trying to get a refund "it will cost a lot of money and time to return goods from your place to China" and wanted to refund me 10% of the order price.

Avoid this brand and product.

Came across ParaEar after reading a review online. I just visited their website which is FULL of spelling mistakes, bad formatting and generally bad photoshopped images.

They have a Trustpilot ‘rating’ which doesn’t reflect their actual rating at all…. Major red flags there so I’ll be avoiding at all costs. Glad I did some research and dodged a bullet there!

Advertise as a UK company and they have set up fake review website.
I fell victim to ordering a set of the headphones and when they arrived they are shocking quality and I'm having real problems getting a refund.
Avoid at all costs!

Poor product and poor aftersales.
Email contact will be dealt with by 'Vivian' which I assume is a bot.
I asked to cancel the order, which was refused as the order was in progress. Dispatch took place 10 days later.
I now have the headphones which are poor quality and the ANC does not work.

Do not buy from these guys.

Terrible product - poor quality construction, poor materials, sound quality is tinny and lacks any kind of depth.

The ability to customise the length to fit your head is severely lacking too - I don't have a huge head but they do not expand to fit my head.

Have requested a refund and they are being super obstructive and difficult.
