Jamie was amazing throughout. Gave fantastic and clear advice. Developed a sensible sales strategy and a great marketing package then really threw everything at it. I have already recommended him and the team to other people.

Dexter has excellent communication skills, keeping us informed throughout the project, was always quick to respond to any of our questions. The renovation was high quality, beautiful finishings and all for a reasonable price. Overall 5/5 stars.

This is a specific review about the management side of Paramount. I have had a few things that needed fixing (including a whole new boiler). The team resolved my issues so quickly and have looked after us so well. Big shout out to Alessandro.

Paramount have been a great estate agency to deal with. Throughout our tenancy there was easy and efficient communication with all of the team, and particularly the asset manger Jess was very helpful and professional in our checkout process. We would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Absolutely horrible people especially the women. I spoke to a few people in the lettings team about me having a dog and they was fine with it until some horrible I can’t say the word of a woman I spoke to on the phone, she needed to book someone to come and check the annual gas check and I explained that’s fine someone can come because I was home and I wouldn’t want anyone going into a property with a dog as I have one. They lady was so rude asking me ‘why have i got a dog?’ Like it’s any of her business after the phone call booking in for the gas check within 30mins I got a email with a warning lettter about my dog. Some people make me laugh, what a jobs worth lol. Clearly she ain’t an animal lover. Oh before I finish when I moved in to the dirty disgusting property there was chewed doors from dogs from the previous tenants and there was dried wee and poo stains on the carpet. I’m glad I took pictures when I moved in with my children. the audacity for the Jobs worth

I’ve used Paramount for years letting out my property. They have always been very professional and recently project managed a bathroom refit for me. Great list of suppliers as well as their own maintenance team and good knowledge of new laws, compliance etc.

Some people were taking advantage of me and subletting to me (which I wasn’t aware of). They were making me pay DOUBLE what they were paying. So they were only paying £750 to live in Central London. Once I was able to find out the name of the letting agency through a maintenance person I called the agency which was paramount. They did absolutely NOTHING about it, even asking me if I wanted to continue living there. The other tenants were essentially stealing from the landlord (as well as taking advantage of me) and Paramount just didn’t care. Don’t use them

Had THE worst experience with them last year trying to agree a rental property. The agent was professional at the start and gradually became more hostile with me. I did everything that was asked and submitted what was needed but still could not get the agreement over the line. The rental market in London is so bad and this company made the process a whole lot worse and very stressful. I quickly sought another property with another company and was a far easier process which was wrapped up in a matter of days, not weeks! I have also heard many other horror stories with this company so its advisable to avoid.

I had a bad experience with Paramount Properties after I moved out from the rent. They didn't want to give back the deposit to me after the landlord had agreed to release the full amount. Their reason was the dispute I had over bills not paid by my flatmate to me. They took my flatmate's side who wasn't willing to pay the bills for the last month of our tenancy. I didn't do anything wrong but they treated me if I was the one owing money. It took me one and a half month to get the deposit back. They shouldn't have been involved in the dispute at all, just transfered the deposit to me as I paid it. They weren't helpful with resolving the dispute at all. I advise to stay away from them.

NEVER AGAIN! The worst agency I have dealt with in my whole life. Firstly, they created tones of headache when I wanted to end the tenancy agreement earlier after the break-clause term. It took me from March (when I first requested to break it) till June to sort this out. They didn't even give me an option to find replacement myself, but gave preferential option for my flatmate to find a replacement on behalf of me. When I said this situation is causing mental and physical disorders, they said "it is none of our business". Now when I am finally out of the property, I am being charged £800 off my deposit for damages that have happened after I have left. Surely no professionalism, work ethic and sense of responsibility. NEVER AGAIN
