Aggressive delivery or what?

The guy rang my development gates and asked me to go over there to pick up my parcel. I said I can’t as I have Covid but I will open the gates. Once in he was heading to a different house so I thought he was lost and shouted a few times ‘hello’. A minute later he approached my house and from a distance of 5m sent my parcel flying, hitting the front door, saying ‘here’s your parcel.’ Threw the parcel from about 5m away (15 feet)!

0* stars if possible. If you're looking to join these guys don't bother. Evri are terrible but this company makes sending parcels with them even worse. Soon as a parcel is missing they don't respond for about 14days, never do they chase up the missing parcels or even compensate you. They keep all returned parcels and return them after 3 months or sometimes don't even bother sending them back unless you request them back. Parcel Den uses a top-up account and charge your account without even notifying you. The customer service and communication is absolute terrible no phone to contact through either.

If I could give zero stars I would !
As everyone else has said TERRIBLE company - make all sorts of false promises but once the account is set up they are impossible to get hold of !
Endless lost and damaged parcels.
No claims paid.
No emails replied too.
We will be taking them to small claims court to get reimbursed the money that they owe us !

Awful Customer Service!!!

Terrible service!!! Partnering with Hermes is bad but then having non existent customer service is a disaster for this company. We tried persevering with them for 5-6 weeks but had to say enough is enough. Soo many late or missing orders etc is out of their control to a degree but their customer service need to offer some sort of help and assistance to find or resolve issues. Customer service rarely reply and if they do it is no help, missing order claims do not get paid out and the account manager is no help either. AVOID!!!!

worst service ever

worst service ever, the do not delivery the items you send, they charge you to get them back. they keep the goods for 4-5 months and even goods with no delivery attempt they charge you. they refuse to refund any money when you close your account because the bad service, do not reply to emails and no sooner do you join them they put prices up. They take money from your account fines you have not agreed to or are in the terms and ring you up and abuse you down the phone because the amount of parcels have dropped because your waiting for a delivery from china 3 months late. they agree to wait until the delivery then decide once you put money on the account they are going to go back on the agreement and take £188 from the funds on account. refund requested several times and complaint made to them, there reply is to give us a dead line to take there offer!. we have no choice but to report this as theft and will now look at court action. This is a true experience

Don't bother

Don't bother, they tell you they integrate with a premium courier when in fact it's my hermes, which we only found out when hermes came to collect our parcels. You can actually get the services direct from Hermes cheaper (Assuming you can live with My Hermes service)

I did a trial (which in fairness they put a lot of effort into) however they said all 20 of my parcels had been delivered on time and put pressure on me to sign up to their services. In truth two of the parcels had not arrived and turned up a few days later. (Standard for Hermes)

After saying I won't be using them moving forward they have closed my account and witheld £100 of a pre-balance I paid.
They have tried to offer me other services but I have politely declined. They have now not replied to my emails requesting an invoice for my payment and a refund for the balance I haven't used.
