Despite their aggressive marketing strategy, nothing appears to be stocked. I don't need daily emails advertising something that doesn't exist.

No wonder people are beginning to think the biz is a sham.

Got some t-shirts from the off the bike collection, really good quality and different to anything else I’ve got. Most t-shirts from bigger brands is all the same so am well happy to get something that stands out.

Good service, arrived quickly, good quality.

Will be back for more soon I’m sure.

Great quality jerseys, especially for the price (cheaper and better than my last Rapha order). I was a bit concerned about reliability after seeing some of the reviews here, but everything was fine - dispatched in 3 working days and everything as expected. I'll certainly be back 👍🏻

Ordered a Sherpa fleece that said was in stock on their website. A week later I got an email to say it wasn’t in stock so I asked for info on what they had in stock but no reply. 2 days later I emailed asking for a refund but haven’t heard anything from them since. Awful customer service. Managed to find out that the owner is called Sam Morgan and added him on LinkedIn but unsurprisingly not accepted. I’m in Leeds in a few weeks so will pop into their cafe and demand a refund in person. Avoid these cowboys!

I have had my Jersey on order for 5 weeks now. Still no sign of it, or any delivery instructions. Customer service is much like the theme of the business - confused. I have had little or no help from them. Read carefully when you order as some items are on 'pre-order' and they don't even hold the stock.
I have had to use my bank to claim the money back in the short term.

Ordered a couple of jersey's from Paria and only received one, which was not the size I ordered.

Had no response from customer service for several months, but then received an email saying that they had not been receiving emails because of a problem with Zendesk. I sent the incorrect jersey back and then, nothing...

A good 6, months and 8 emails sent from me later, I have no jerseys, no response from Paria and no refund. Because I had been lulled into thinking that there was a problem with their emails, I left it too long to initiate a chargeback from my credit card.

Appalling, I would avoid at all costs.

bought some items and was later told they were on back order. asked to cancel the order due to this and have now been ignored. AVOID

We have not received the complete order of our club kit and the received kit are delayed by 5 months from the supposed date. Customer service is non existence since they chose to ignore emails regarding missing kit and refunds. Kit fit and quality were horrible esp. around the arm bands (never had any fitting problem with other cheaper brand).

Quality cycling gear

I've bought quite a few items from Paria over the years, as husband and friends are into cycling. They always have great designs - something a bit different from the usual lycras! Customer service from real people, always happy to help and very responsive. Cheers!

Ordered a jersey in a pre-order sale, haven’t received it even though it’s way past the dispatch date. It’s been about a month since it was supposed to be dispatched. Customer service non existent. AVOID

Great small independent brand pushing the boundaries of design within cycling gear. Customer service was great, as I had a question about delivery. My order was shipped quickly and arrived on time!

I can only imagine this is a scam sight.

Ordered an item almost a month ago. Have yet to receive it. Many emails have either been ignored or, this company is a scam and have just taken my money with no intention of sending out the goods.

I’ll be honest before I tried Paria, I’d seen the mixed reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect. But I can say now, hand on heart, this brand deserves way more credit than it gets.
The products are absolutely spot on , you can feel the quality and the thought that’s gone into them. They’re not just another cycling brand; there’s personality, edge and proper style in what they do. Every item I’ve bought has felt like it’s built to last.
And the new Paria Café HQ is cool. The vibe in there is amazing , welcoming, buzzing with energy, and the kind of place you want to hang out in, not just shop and leave. It feels like a community being built, not just a business.
Their customer service rating hasn’t always been perfect, but I genuinely believe they’re turning a corner. My own experience with them has been nothing but positive, and you can feel they’re putting in the work to improve.
Paria is a brand with heart, and it shows. If you’re hesitating because of old reviews , don’t. Go see for yourself, because they’re creating something really special.

Purchased multi items from t-shirts to bib shorts for my wife and they fit really well. She loves the bib shorts to, really nice fit and design and the pad is very comfortable.

Collected my order from the shop. Quick, easy process and super friendly staff! All the gear I got is great quality, looking forward to wearing it out on a ride.

Ordered a couple of garments. One of the items seemed too small when I tried on.
I contacted customer services where a delightful lady named Lucy sent me out a larger size within 2 days.
First class product and first class customer service.
Highly recommend.
