One month from ordering no shoes no refund and no customer care

Scarpe ordinate e mai ricevute causa reso a mittente perché il Customer Care non forniva il mio indirizzo in modo corretto.
Ho inviato circa 20 mail a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta ma hanno ben pensato di contattarmi solo quando ho lasciato un commento sotto a un post Instagram.
Quando le scarpe sono tornate al loro magazzino si sono magicamente smaterializzate e non sono mai più tornate in stock.
Sono stati gentili a inviarmi un codice promo del 20% che, spoiler, dopo questa esperienza non verrà mai usato

Terrible Return Process- 1 month later no refund

I ordered three pairs of boots from Paris Texas and realised within minutes that one was the wrong size. I emailed immediately, but was told the next day it was “impossible” to cancel and that I had to accept the delivery and return it later.
That was early December. It’s now mid‑January and I’m still waiting for my full refund.
The returns process has been unbelievably frustrating. Despite being promised free returns, I had to pay £10 per item at the FedEx location they directed me to. I also had to chase customer service repeatedly just to get the correct paperwork.
I accepted the parcels as instructed (even though FedEx later told me I should have refused them) and returned everything straight away. Paris Texas have had the items for over two weeks, yet only two of the three refunds have been issued. The last one is apparently stuck in a “warehouse delay”.
I photographed every item before returning it, and if the final refund isn’t released immediately, I’ll be escalating this with my credit card provider. Having nearly £2,000 tied up for weeks is unacceptable.
For a brand that markets itself as “luxury”, this has been anything but. The process is slow, inefficient, and needlessly difficult. I won’t be recommending Paris Texas to anyone.

Sicuramente la mia peggiore esperienza…

Sicuramente la mia peggiore esperienza di acquisto online. Ho acquistato dal sito Paris Texas l’iconico stivale con stampa a cocco pagando spese di spedizione express per consegna entro 3 giorni lavorativi. Dopo una settimana e continui tentativi di contatto con l’Azienda (falliti) mi rispondono finalmente che il mio ordine è stato annullato perché l’articolo che ho scelto non è disponibile (peccato che sia comunque ancora acquistabile sul sito e non segnalato come non disponibile). Acquisto effettuato la prima settimana di dicembre, ad oggi non ho ancora il rimborso dell’elevato importo pagato. Peccato che Aziende ‘di lusso’ abbiano un servizio così scadente, per non dire inesistente.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Their online customer service is terrible. Ordered two pairs of boots that on the UPS tracking seemed to be stuck in Milan for a week. Eventually got a notification that they had been delivered but this was not to me but back to their warehouse. I contacted customer service who ignored me at first. Eventually I got a reply saying that they would refund me once the boots were returned to them
What ? You have had the boots returned but you actually never sent them out ! No explication , no apology and so far no refund. I cannot understand how these guys have an ecom business. A complete customer service disaster and nobody wants to buy from a company who don’t ship the goods and then don’t refund you.

Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever.

Ordered online express delivery. 4 days later still no shipping. After several emails to their customer service, I get a response saying the item I ordered is out of stock so I asked for a refund. The next day they say it’s in stock and being shipped..two days later still not shipped. Then the next day ups say they’ve got the parcel but Paris Texas have failed to provide customs information.. it’s generally been about the worst online shopping experience I’ve EVER had. Incompetent, lazy, and goodness knows how they’ve stayed in business. I would avoid at all costs trying to purchase from their official website. Still hasn’t arrived!

You Can’t Exchange Or Speak To Anybody ..Once You Return An Item They Take It Down And Tell You It’s Sold Out..Getting Your Money Back Is A Hassle ! The worst customer service avoid this company

The worst customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks straight for an issue I have with my order that need to be returned and can’t reach them. Kept sending emails but no response. I got into the live chat (which is rarely available) and every time I speak with an agent she tells me a different story. I don’t recommend very bad and the boot is not true to size.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. The so-called private sale is not a sale. You pay full price and cannot get a refund later, unless you return the shoes, which - needless to say - seems stupid. Full of excuses. Their reply to my email took them more than two months. Bad service.

I have never had such a negative…

I have never had such a negative experience with online shopping in my entire life as I have with this company. The banality of a normal return is already made impossible by this company. They do everything they can to prevent the customer from returning and receiving a refund. Even after several emails, you only get standard replies and excuses that it's the vacation season (I don't get any vacations from my bills either). In the end, only legal protection insurance and a good lawyer can help. I am surprised that this company still exists and that it is not much better known how unlawfully it operates.

Don’t order from ParisTexas

Paris Texas is extremely untrustworthy when it comes to return orders. They systematically prevent you from cancelling your purchase and sending the goods back. There is no communication. I ordered goods worth several thousand euros and couldn’t return them. In the end I‘ve had to hand the case over to a lawyer in Italy. I can only warn ordering online from Paris Texas; if you have to return your order, you will never see your money again.

Paris Texas don’t issue the refund after 70 days of return

I bought a boot in 26th of December, I had to return, it took me a lot of emails and MORE than 10 days to even get a return label from them. I managed to return, following the instructions provided on 16th of January. Today more than 2 months later they still didn’t refund my money. I already sent more than 25 emails to them. Last time they took 20 days to reply me and when they reply it’s always with generic answers like “we will get back with a resolution to this matter” “sorry for how long this process are taking” “the relevant team will contact you soon” but they never reach back or do anything about it. All the emails they replied in 2 months are the same with no resolution. They are really disorganised and dishonest as a brand. I don't recommend at all. I do online shopping frequently for more than 12 years and never in my life I had a similar experience
