What ever you do, don't use this company... the drop off was fine, but picking up the car was very bad... the little Turkish guy at the desk was very arrogant and wanted extra money because our flight was delayed... I think he wants to compensate his shortness by being arrogant and thinking he is the man of the hour! I send 4 emails and tried whattsap to tell them that our flight was delayed but they never answered... very bad communication, all payments in cash and there's a very "shady" atmosphere... Never again with this company and I hope they soon get a visit of the tax inspection of Germany and they soon go bankrupt...

A terrible company that completely avoids taking responsibility!!!!

I have just picked up my vehicle yesterday, but there was stiffness and a positioning issue with the gear selector. I cannot reach an agreement with the guys at Düsseldorf Express location. It appears that an employee forced the gear selector while trying to engage sport mode, which likely caused the damage. I will take legal action to assert my rights. I strongly recommend avoiding this company!!!!!

I parked my car here during my trip. At first, everything seemed well organized. Unfortunately, things went downhill after we returned. We had to call 6 times before someone finally answered the phone so the shuttle bus could come pick us up.

Once we arrived at the parking lot, we got our key back and everything seemed fine, until we started driving. The engine suddenly ran very poorly and multiple warning lights and error messages appeared. We also noticed that more than 30 km had been added to the mileage. So clearly, the car had been driven quite a lot while we were away.

Later, it turned out that the issue was caused by putting excessive strain on the engine. Unfortunately, this also resulted in a significant repair bill for us.

I understand that cars sometimes need to be moved, but at least be honest and transparent about it. And in my opinion, driving an extra 30 km is far too much.

For the first time, I used this service to have my car picked up at Düsseldorf Airport, parked, and returned to me upon my arrival.
From the beginning, communication was a bit difficult, but I didn’t pay too much attention to it at first. However, upon my return, after collecting my luggage, I called to inform them that I was outside so they could bring my car as agreed.
When I called, the person on the phone started shouting, saying they only speak German or Turkish, and then hung up on me. I ended up waiting outside for more than 30 minutes. During that time, I called again and was told the car was on its way, but the experience was very frustrating.
If you are working with customers at an international airport like Düsseldorf Airport, you should expect that not everyone speaks German or Turkish. English is an international language, and there should be at least one staff member able to communicate politely in English.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.

I chose this parking service because of the high reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing and suspicious. They required me to leave my car key, which I initially accepted. However, when I returned from my trip, I discovered that my car had 140 km more on the odometer.

When I confronted them, they claimed they only moved the car to another location about 20 km away. Even if this were true, the mileage increase should have been nowhere near 140 km. Their explanation didn’t make any sense, and when I asked them to take responsibility, they refused to do anything.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. It is clear that my car was used without my permission. I strongly advise others to avoid this parking service and protect their vehicles.

Hat alles super geklappt, fahrer war sofort vor Ort. Auto stand auch so fahrbereit da.

Alles Gut. Bei uns hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Bemühte und freundliche Angestellte, wir waren zufrieden. Kommen wieder!

Als wir am Flughafen abgeholt wurden war der Fahrer sehr unfreundlich.bei Ankunft am Parkplatz war unser Auto nicht da . wir hatten vorher über eine Flugänderung zeitig angerufen und den Mitarbeiter informiert.es gab zu der Zeit keine Möglichkeit es selbst zu ändern wegen System Probleme der Parkairport.also telefonisch uns wurde zugesichert das manuell zu machen.doch nichts wurde geändert.so standen wir über eine Stunde Wartezeit im kalten Regen.der Mitarbeiter in der Firma war sehr unverschämt frech und sagte es ist nicht meine Schuld.das unser Auto nicht direkt geholt werden konnte lag an der Inkompetenz des Mitarbeiters.angeblich stand unser Auto 4 km entfernt und dafür so eine lange Wartezeit ohne unsere Schuld, eine bodenlose Frechheit.wir haben den Service nicht zum ersten Mal genutzt, ohne Probleme, aber nun werden wir uns jemanden anderen suchen.jemand der uns als Kunde zu schätzen weiß.als Abschied noch wir sollten eine Email schreiben für sowas hat er keine Zeit und die anderen Kunden gehen vor.obwohl in der ganzen Zeit nicht ein Kunde in Sicht war.tolles Erlebnis nach einem schönen Urlaub.
