We booked another company and they didn’t turn up we were on our way to Puerto Rico with not much time to board
We approached Amir who was extremely helpful
He knew exactly what to do he sorted out our parking with easy gave us his contact and reassurance
We were very pleased with the service
On our return her text us the day before to ensure he had our flight details and the car was waiting for us he even went the extra mile to pay addition cost for parking as the car was parked on another location which he went for at no additional cost

An amazing guy from Park and Go helped us arrange parking and took the headache of finding alternative parking in a hurry away. I’d highly recommend this service . We nearly made a terrible mistake by leaving our car with a rogue so called Meet and Greet company who would have left it in the street, luckily we read the terrible reviews just in time and switched to Park and Go. They were really helpful and professional. They communicated by text as we left, Noticed that we had given the wrong arrival time on our return to Heathrow and Texted us on our arrival to arrange pick up of the car. All totally seamless and well organised. Highly recommend this company.

Booked originally with Heathrow Terminal Park who just didn't turn up but luckily Park & Go were on hand, booked my cat in immediately and were there to return ut when I came back ... couldn't fault them and helped me gt out of a mess

Amir- what a godsend. Seems like he steps in when a certain other company fails to show, lets you down or has the potential to treat your car like crap! I was waiting for the other company to show up and Amir warned me against them he showed me there reviews which I hadn’t even looked at because I thought I had booked it through a reputable company. However, Amir sorted my parking out, didn’t pressure me to go with him, but I am so glad I did! Pick up was amazing quick easy and we were on our way home within 10mins of getting out suitcases. Thank you

This parking company saved me from missing my flight when the company I had booked failed to materialise.

What I wanted was reliability, a human to talk to and reassure me that everything was going to be ok. I wanted the drop off and pick up to be simple and seamless. Of course I also wanted my car back without any dings!

Amir! Thank you so much for saving me from missing my flight. I had booked with Kwik park ( avoid) and called them several times to be told the driver was a few mins away/ coming up the car park ramp and then twenty minutes later, nothing! Amir spotted me loitering and was empathetic, advised me to take a photo of his security badge and booked me in with his company. I was running late so he liaised with my husband for payment. Amir then messaged me re return procedure and when I landed, I had already received a message from him. He was there before me- rushed me to the payment machine to avoid paying more and I was on my way home. Very grateful.

Great service from start to finish. Very smooth process and they were waiting with my car right on time once I landed. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic service. They got us out of a very difficult position with another meet and greet service who we have since discovered are just a scam operation.
Arif helped us get a very speedy collection arranged and the car was dropped back right on time when returned.
Brilliant service, brilliant company.

The original company we booked turned out to be rogues. We only found this out when we arrived to leave our car at terminal 5… Amir came to the rescue and we rebooked with him.
He was very helpful and we were happy to leave our car in his hands.
We received Regular messages on collection day ensuring a stress free collection. We will use this service again.

Amir came to the rescue when the company we had originally booked did not show up to collect our car at Heathrow. This seems to be a common occurrence.

Thoroughly professional service and regular contact as our holiday approached its end, with instructions what to do when we had collected our bags.

Amir said the car would be delivered to the appointed level in the car park, and it was, on time!
