Skip delivered early in the day, positioned in the driveway so as to allow as much room for access as possible and picked up on the agreed date.

Good Service
Competitively priced service and once here, for delivery and collection, the driver was efficient and very considerate. My only criticism would be their vagueness in relation delivery/collection times/days, which meant that I had to stay in indefinitely so that they could access the site. This aspect could be better organised imo, but overall a very good service.

Hi Mike, thank you for your constructive feedback! It sounds like we could have benefitted from clearer communication so we will take your comments on board.
If you need a skip to go urgently then we can arrange for it to go for definite on a specific date.
Timing is a bit trickier to estimate as it depends on the other jobs booked for that day; the details of which we don't know until the morning. Sometimes we change the routes at the last minute to help other customers with urgent requests, or to avoid unexpected traffic delays. So it is difficult to give times as we don't want to promise something that could change as the day progresses.
We don't create timetables for our drivers as we have found that a more dynamic approach works better as we can adapt to the unpredicted. Pros and cons to both methods.
Some customers benefit from deliveries first thing (6:45-7am), there are no delays as it's first job of the day. You could request this if it helps. If that's not appropriate we can call you when we dispatch a driver, or we can follow instructions if no one is on site. I appreciate that sometimes sites do need to be manned however. Perhaps next time we can organise it a bit better for you!

We booked the skip for the same week we needed it, and everything went smoothly. The gentlemen who delivered it were very polite and made sure to place the skip so we still had access to our gate and space for our car. It was collected on time as well. Highly recommended! No hidden fees !!

easy skip hire
Thos was quick and easyvto order my skip ...was delivered in good time and we asked the driver if it could ho in a certain spot which he did with no hesitation ....Skip was filled and used the easy to use early off hire pick up form ..skip was collected a day later ...would certainly use again ...many thanks

Thank you for your review, and using the online early returns form, on this occasion we couldn’t have acted any earlier the original online order which was ‘collection from’ Monday 24th.
Whilst we aim to collect on or soon after the ‘from’ date we are unable to guarantee a collection date unless requested at the time of booking.

Excellent customer service
I was kept informed regarding delivery and pick up. The skip was even delivered a day early and I had a phone call to ask if it would be OK. It was picked up on the correct day and again a phone call confirming they were coming, excellent service.
