The company were outstanding
The company were outstanding. I made an honest mistake in feeding back on an entirely different product / company yet they still provided me with excellent communications and the phone case they sent is a great product delivered on time. It is also great value for money. Very much a satisfied customer.

Beyond helpful
So original parcel was delivered to wrong address, predominantly down to user error, parkfield treated me like an individual, took control of the situation and rectified it as soon as there were able to. Really wonderful staff and such a personal touch

Love it but my only issue is that it’s very hard to press the side buttons as the rubber is so thick. If that part had been left open it would have been perfect! I had to cut the rubber off the side or I couldn’t take a photo!
