Website isn't easy to use
I booked a parking garage in Boston for one day in May. Our first attempt failed, my Credit Card Bank refused to transfer the money to them, the second bank agreed, then I couldn't book some garages shown on the map. We made it somehow at least, but the website could explain details better.

Very good garage. Advance reservation through an app is annoying when we could simply get there, obtain a ticket and pay when we get out.

The attendant was so helpful and getting us booked with a reservation. The garage was very convenient. Parking is very tight in the spaces be aware of that at 1 Devonshire. But was in an perfect location and a very fair price

When I pulled up the attendant was surprised
That I had pre-paid, and told me to drive to the lower levels to find a spot. There were barely any spots for my oversized vehicle, which I indicated when I booked.

Hard to find and the pre-booking/…
Hard to find and the pre-booking/ parking pass for rental car seemed complicated. But we got help when we arrived and parking seemed safe and convenient to the area.

The attendant was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and close to where I was going. Very fairly priced. I recommend and would use again.

location of parking spot was not completely accurate. with many road blocks and constructions, could not ultimately get to the garage on time.

Better then I imagined.
The whole process of parking when we got there, then after the cruise the bus back to the parking lot went perfectly and quickly. Better then I imagined.
