The Parking lot was well lit and the instructions for payment were easy and clearly visible. The payment itself was way too expensive, as I had to pay $18 to park for 1 hour!

I paid for parking three times
I paid for parking three times. Only allowed you to pay up to three hours per sign. So I paid for additional spot and then realized I could extend it. So I extended it.

The sign up process could have been a bit more efficient. The price was rather high for a Sunday afternoon not peak hours for a Holiday as well. Otherwise the lot was clean and the parking area was well kept.

Pricey
Parking is scarce in that area. The courthouse garage was full and I had no choice but to park elsewhere. $12.99? That's pricey and double the court's parking fee. Not cool!

5 minutes, $12.99. 3 hours, $12.99. Not stated clearly anywhere that there is a flat rate. This is absolutely crooked. I spent $26 on parking when I could have spent $13, which is outrageous enough. I walked around for a while looking for an attendant to no avail. Exactly What service are you providing for my $26? Also, why did you need my email? To bother me with this? You guys suck.

Inefficient, poor interface, too costly
Took too long to set up first time account via scan code. No indication that I’d be able to add time later, if needed — and I bought more time than was needed as a result. An oh yeah, the rate was ridiculously high.
