The cost is overpriced. I would have chosen a metered parking space if one had been available. The app to pay is not very easy or user friendly. The app has too much going on with all the colors... Ver más

What i liked about this pay parking lot was the reminder of when your time was going to end and if you would want to add more time without going back to the pay station!

I was made to pay above and beyond what the sign said was the charge for the two hours I was there charged 10.35 and sign said it was supposed to be $8 parking, would have been better off feeding the meters..

Not worth it

Too complicated, and too expensive. Save some time and money by walking a little. Not worth it at all

An extra 15 minutes on a 2 hour parking…

An extra 15 minutes on a 2 hour parking should not cost the same as the first 2 hrs

Charging 8 bucks an hour to park on a…

Charging 8 bucks an hour to park on a Sunday should be punishable by prison time. And paying by phone is often more complicated than it needs to be.

Convenient but very pricey

Parking was easy and convenient but price was higher than expected. It cost $10 to park for 1.5 hours in Colorado Springs. That's much higher than what I paid to park in downtown Denver.

Very inconvenient

Very inconvenient. No option for Apple Pay so you have to manually input credit card and personal info. Time wasting.

ParkATL exhausting experience.

I could not find the ParkATL pick-up area upon my arrival back to Atlanta. I wandered from South terminal, to off-site parking shuttles, ground transportation, ride-share, to south/north terminals; everything had a sign except ParkATL on-airport parking. I had to call customer service and they guided me into the pick-up area. Once there, I waited 15 minutes, no vans came. Called customer service back, and they said: “so you need us to call a shuttle.” Yea, I guess so. We boarded the shuttle, then the driver asked us to get off, so we could swap places with another group, as we would be dropped first. So we did that. We finally get to our car, trying to leave the gate, the strip in the ticket would not read. So I had to press the button on the call box, nobody answered. I called the customer service number again, asked for help exiting, and they asked many questions to determine where I was, many of which I did not know. Domestic Blue turned out to be the right answer. Then they told me to press the call button at the gate, I already had, and they would have to help me through that device. So the same person who hung up with me on the phone, answered the call box. They said a manager had to come, they would be there in 5-7 minutes. 8 minutes went by, I called again. Spoke to a different person, this time a very nice gentleman. He said there was nothing he could do, a manager had to come out and help me. They would be there ASAP. Waited another 12 minutes, nobody came, called again. He said the manager was leaving now, and would be there in 2 minutes. Five minutes passed, and then finally the managers truck pulls up. She advises me to back up and pull over to the cashiers booth. Pulled up there, she asked me to insert the ticket again, I do, it again doesn’t read, she then takes the ticket and manually inputs the fee. $105, we were gone 10 days. Overall, the process to get from baggage claim out of the gate of the parking lot, on our way home, took an hour and a half. It was an absolutely miserable final experience after a otherwise successful travel experience. I will absolutely never use ParkATL again. Absolutely miserable experience.

Ridiculously expensive and not user friendly

It is ridiculously expensive and was a pain in the butt to try and pay for the parking. Texting the number in the sign did not work. The price for parking is a massive ripoff.

Poor design

Took too long to set up to pay.
Too expensive.

Worst parking experience ever.

We went out to dinner in Colorado Springs to celebrate my birthday and had the worst parking experience I think I've ever had. We parked at the 14 E Moreno Ave location, only needing to stay for an hour/hour and a half yet it instantly charged us the max rate of $10 plus a convenience fee (even though it was not convenient as I had to do all the work and there were no kiosks). The website wouldn't work, but eventually I got the payment to send through while I was at dinner. The next minute, I got a text saying my time expired, even though I paid the daily max rate! My parking meter started and ended at the exact same time, 8:11pm. Now, I was worried that I'd get a ticket or towed because I know how vicious parking companies can be. Now, I interrupted the first half of my meal to step outside and call Parking.com. They said, that it was a known issue, they had me retry payment, it didn't work, and then they said they'd call me back. I told them I was in the middle of a meal with my partner whom I wouldn't get to see for a month but that didn't seem to bother. I went back to my meal, still wondering if I was safe from a ticket or tow even though I paid for the entire day, apparently. Then, right as we began eating the main course, I get a call. It was extremely embarrassing to have to step out of dinner twice to talk to a parking company and ruined the meal. They said just don't worry about it and If I got a ticket I could dispute. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I think its laughable to not only overcharge for the less than 2 hours we stayed parked, but to also charge a "Service Fee" when I had horrible service and was stressed the entire meal that I would get a ticket and then I, not the company with the broken parking system, would have to fix the problem and deal with the ramifications. On top of this, I contacted the company after the fact and they never responded. No accountability, avoid parking.com at all costs.
