I paid for a spot but when I got there at the scheduled time, the only open spot had a reserved sign on it. Lot was too small, even for a midsize car. There were vans parked there taking up all the room

Reserving a space was easy. Parking lot was easy walk to the venue and at a great price!

The price was ridiculous, I was there for a minimum of 6 hours and it cost $60. Next time I'll park at the one on wykoop and walk it was only $25 for 2 days. Bull$:-:$! Pricing

I prepaid for a parking reservation and when I showed up the parking was completely full and I was forced to park elsewhere. Apparently it is nonrefundable as well.

Good parking. Wish there was an option for 1 hour.

Website was very problematic. It would not seem to accept Visa-branded debit cards, although there were pending transactions on my account. I was able to use my American Express, but not after several very frustrating tries. Each time the website said the card was not able to be processed, it made you completely re-fill in the address and card information.

No Apply Pay option so manually entering CC info caused me to be late to my meeting. Let's get with the times and add AP to the options.

System Works well. But so so expensive. $15 to add 3 hours is ridiculous. But if you don’t pay, even for minutes they send you an $80 ticket.

Incorrectly charged for 5 DAYS instead of 5 HOURS. No response from customer service.

I requested the time frame for my parking spot and i wasnt done by the time my phone reminded me that my spot was due, when i tried to add time to it, it said time was up and i was unable to add more time to my spot.

Lot was full. Unable to cancel as I was a few minutes past start time. No response when emailed customer service. Will not use again if I can help it.

I was simply visiting the area, I was happy to find the lot. Simple instruction. Easy to use and pay for. The lot was clean and well lit.

I had to extend my reservation by only 15 minutes, and instead of only charging me an incremental charge/amount, you charged me another full 2 hrs!

Your add car button on iPhone app didn’t add cars. Had to pay via browser even though we had the app with a saved card. Took 3x as long as it should.

Just okay. Parking was kind of tight. There was a large SUV parked in a diagonal spot that made it very difficult to get out. I realize now too that there are cheaper spots available

Very easy to use, you park, scan the code and pay. That’s all… I liked it

It was simple and quick. I also liked that I didn't have to spend a lot of time downloading an app and registering.
