I was not given a QR Code so I paid for a useless parking ticket. I had to pay twice for parking. I contacted customer service via email and have not heard back about refunding the prepaid ticket.

Never received a barcode on my email…
Never received a barcode on my email confirmation to print out when I arrived. I was told by the gate attendant that they would have to scan a barcode thankfully, they were nice enough to let me in and I could not pull a barcode when leaving they were able to see my email that I did in fact purchase a parking space and let me through. However, if they were not nice as they were, I would not have been able to park in there due to not receiving a barcode on my confirmation code number to put in on the parking.com site.

Had to pay twice because I was never sent a QR code to scan to use my parking pass. Wasted money paying for it in advance

The was no way to scan in luckily a parking attendant was present so we didn’t have to pay double.

Took 45 minutes just to exit
Took 45 minutes just to exit. Streets were empty but the checkout machine wasn't working and nobody came to assist.

Great help line !!
At first I was upset because I was having trouble getting my scannable code to enter the garage but after talking with a representative they walked me though how to get into the garage. I was reassured that if this didn’t work I could call back for a refund. Once I got there I got confused again and called the help line where the worker walked me through getting out and how to validate my parking. Both times the representative was extremely helpful and understanding.
