Super easy to use and the QR code worked perfectly. Definitely reserving parking again in the future! I did have to go five levels deep before parking was available to day users, which was time consuming but not unexpected.

Good location. Clearly marked what level to park for daily use. Good price compared to other locations and no issue using elevators.

This was awesome! First time I’ve reserved parking this way. It was easy to arrange, easy to understand once we were at the garage. It was a breeze. Thanks!

The online purchase of parking does not specify that you can only purchase parking for that moment. Trying to purchase parking for later in the day is not possible but my money was gone before it was clear that an advanced time purchase was impossible

The credit card reader was not working when trying to exit. there was no person in the booth by the garage exit and after being told incorrect information by the person on the phone and my running around the garage trying to find a solution, the person who was supposed to be working in the booth emerged after her car where she had been sleeping the whole time. She didn’t even apologize when I told her that I had been looking for her.

Parking lot attendants were friendly. Elevator was clean and air conditioned.

The lady on the phone swore we were in the correct lot by HER description, NOT mine! We were not. I asked if I ended up in the wrong lot that she confirmed was the one to park in that I would get reimbursed. She said yes. She did not sound knowledgable to assist on the call. She could not grasp that we were telling her the address being wrong and that the front gate was not showing the sign she described. We ended up being late into our garage, once we found the correct one that she misguided us on. We missed our dinner reservation due to her mistakes when we provided the information that did not match hers. Only chose this garage as others around would not be open until the time we needed. May just use Uber/Lyft/street parking next time we need to be out later instead of dealing with this parking company. Not knowledgible, not helpful, and feel was lying directly to us over the phone to cover for herself only.

Easy entrance and exit and plenty of spaces available. Clean, safe, decent sized spaces.

Easy online reservation and prepaid-no issues getting in. A little issue on exit due to being sent into the wrong exit lane, another worker immediately got me on my way. Will definitely use again when I need parking in DC!!!

They always oversell
You will not get parking spot when you reach there. Max they offer us refund. Try some where else not here.

Large parking spaces. Clean well-lit garage.

Was fine getting into the garage with the QR code. But getting out, the machine scanned the QR but then stated I had to pay again the amount I paid when I reserved the spot.

Unable to get in the building for pick up the car. Had to go through the ramp and there was no sign or mention that I have to go through the ramp to get the car as entrance gate was closed
