The lot was full when I arrived at my scheduled time.

Total pain to get car. Issues with app, English and disgruntled attendant

I reserved a spot and when I pulled up to the garage, it was closed and a sign said they were full. Couldn’t even get in to speak to anyone. Terrible

Everything went well.

Reserving parking like this makes everything so easy. After driving 4+ hours you do not have to work about finding a parking place. You already know you have one!

I pre-booked
through their website to secure a spot. When I arrived at the garage,
the gate was down preventing me to enter and there was a sign that said
“sorry the lot is full.” I honked my horn repeatedly for nearly 10 minutes
before I had to leave and find another garage in order to not miss my
meeting. I was extremely disappointed by my experience and demanded a full
refund. However, after several outreach attempt I never heard back from the organization.

Horrible experience. I got rejected by the parking lot so I asked for a refund for 4 times. On the 5th call I was told that I need to submit proof that I parked elsewhere. It was a Sunday so I was suggested to park on the street and so I did. The morosity in refunding me for a faulty reservation system is blowing my mind. This is definitely the worst experience with a parking app I have ever had. I feel like I’ve been scammed!!!!!

Everything went great once I reserved and got to the lot they just had to scan and all went well

Parking.com made for a fantastic visit to New York City. The reservation process was straightforward and simple and the value tremendous. I would not hesitate to use this service again. A+++

Excellent Service.

I wasnt able to use the code sent to me at the garage. The garage made me pay 33% more on site. Then I could not get a refund from the website. So I paid twice for a garage spot. Don't use this service. It's actual robbery. I will be in touch with my cc company since this website is not willing to make things right.

I had paid in advance was told by the parking attendant that they were full. I asked for a refund but he said we do not give refunds. I had to wait outside for 20 minutes before I could get in. In the attendant defense he was working alone. He seemed very stressed.
