There was no way for me to go in. The assistance button didn't work so i couldn't give my reservation number. I sent and email to support but haven't gotten a response back. I lost $15

Couldn’t get out of the lot and had to pay twice. Tried and tried and tried to call the parking garage and the customer service no answer. Left messages and no calls back. DO NOT USE!!!

Easy to use app, minor confusion, great support
It was easy to use the Android app to pay for parking ahead of time. (Unfortunately, my son's attempt to use his PayPal account and credit card to pay failed when he tried on his phone. This should probably be investigated since it totally prevented him from using the app.)
It was confusing that the app said to use the barcode displayed on the parking pass when there was no barcode. The app should know there is no barcode and display the instructions for pressing the Assistance button more evident. However, a call to Parking Support quickly clarified the situation.
Also, after creating a parking pass as a guest, I created an account and logged in only to find my parking pass was not associated with my new account. I had to log out to see my parking pass again. It would be nice if the parking pass was automatically added to my new account.

Bad experience
There was no way for me to go in. The assistance button didn't work so i couldn't give my reservation number. I sent and email to support but haven't gotten a response back. I lost $15

Parking.com was easy to use, but not fully automated
Parking.com was easy to use. The only negative (and it's relatively minor) was that upon leaving the garage it was not possible to scan our code to get out, so we had to go through the parking attendant, and she, at first, didn't seem to know about parking.com. It took a bit to process to get out (not to mention in these times needing to interact with someone, albeit with masks).
