What could be done better.....
What I dislike is that the app/site ask if you have a discount code, but what it don't provide is a way to get the discount code. Almost as if trying to offer an incentive to use the site, but don't have a way to get the incentive benefit. Very frustrating.
And it frustrating to have signed up for the site, but when you go to the app and try to sign on, the app don't recognize your log in info.

App is very glitchy
App is very glitchy. It’s tough to order parking in advance. It should remember discount code to my office lot so I don’t have to enter it every time. The worst major parking app.

Worked Great
QR provided once the parking was booked worked flawlessly. I had no problems at all and the parking place was indoors with automated doors and in great conditions. I can definitely recommend both the app and the parking lot (Chicago, close to the sears tower)
