We purchased a ticket for an event at the theater. We weren't allowed to use the ticket to enter the garage until the performance started. It ended up being a waste of money since we had to purchase a second ticket to be able to enter the garage before performance time.

My app said 330 Kilbourn. The parking garage I was at said 330 Kilbourn. Yet when I got there, the QR code didn't work and the parking attendant that I called said I was in the wrong garage. There's no way that was possible since I followed the directions to the address (840 N. Broadway) but most importantly, and as I said already, the garage I was at said 330 Kilbourn! Waste of time and I had to go drive around to find somewhere else to park.

I didn’t use the parking because there was no parking to use, and I couldn’t get a refund. Very disappointing in the site and even more so that it wouldn’t refund my money.

well i was coming from chicago for Chili Peppers Concert & i got to garage 20mins early & Gate Wouldn't open BUT i had already paid The Max For 24hrs & garage wouldn't let me in ( Said invalid pass ) SO i suggest if you Pay in advance & Reserve a spot ,Do NOT get there early... Otherwise, ALL Good

Quick online booking. Plenty of parking available

Terminal failed to complete transaction; first rep summoned from terminal was rude and unhelpful; second rep (had to re-call) at least let me out with promise to pay on-line. Paid online the next day, (at a substantial penalty: $7 turned into $19.99!) then discovered original payment had indeed gone through but screen failed to complete and gate failed to raise. Called for refund; first rep refused to listen to circumstances and hung up; second rep was brilliant, listened and refunded immediately, but by then it was too late to recover any positive impression of company.

I prepaid for parking but when I arrived at the parking garage it would not let me in as it said my code was invalid.

Easy to book a parking space online and easy to enter the parking building. Easy to exit.

I had to pay on line because the ticket I was issued when I entered the parking structure was defective. Because I was paying on line I had to pay $10.99 instead of the the $10 that I normally pay. I was penalized because the ticket dispensing machine issued me a defective ticket.
