The process worked! I made the reservation, arrived at the parking garage, and there were no glitches. The attendant had knowledge of my reservation, sent me a text with my "ticket" to present when I left. The attendants were polite and prompt.

Easy to find, very clean in fact spotless, just a bit silly when you get issued a QR code and the staff have no device with which to read it so you need to have your booking reference number to hand and since there is no cell reception be sure to check your email before you drive down otherwise you will be very frustrated.

The walk in price there is absurd. While we paid for 6 hours, and only used 2, it was still a good value for us, and low stress. I recommend parking.com to all my friends.

Despite paying the maximum day rate to reserve parking for three hours, we were charged an additional $27 for having our appointment run long.

We paid for the day at 333 Bush St in S. F., Monday 4/11. We had a small dog in a seat belt in the back seat. The manager (Ali. ?) could not understand that we would be coming back to let her out briefly. Or he was in a big hurry. We went to our appt at the French Consulate and returned after 2 hours, and I had lost my ticket. He was extremely rude, used threatening words and acted like he would not give us our car. Then we pointed to the window which said; if you loose your ticket, pay the whole day, which we had paid. The man working for him was nice, you should fire the manager. As I am a counselor, I believe he has some real underlying anger issues. He is not good with people, no patience, unhappy person. We would never park there again. An educated opinion.

The garage i placed had been closed. Called the number for assistance and no one got back to me.

The guys at the garage were really nice and helpful. I appreciate that kind of service.
