Easy to get parking for the Ryman show & get in & out of the garage. The attendant directing traffic & people was very helpful.

It was very convenient and close to everything we were planning on doing in town.

It was easy to find and access the parking garage. Had no issues find a space for my SUV. Overall great experience.

The pre-purchased bar code did not work. I ended up paying a second time on site. I really like the convenience of pre-paying and knowing where I can park, but I probably would not try it again.

We had to wait 1 hour to get out of the parking deck. People were blowing their horns and yelling. Nashville police arrived to direct traffic which was wonderful. If we had not had issues getting out of the parking deck we would have given a 5 star rating. The Ryman was sold out. When the concert was over if someone would have been onsite to direct traffic it would have been a big help. Thank you for the survey.

Easy entry. Easy enough to find a parking space.
Was a little frustrating as when we were leaving, the scanner took 10 attempts before it read the QR code.
There are two things you could add to your reservation emails.
- Where the easiest walk out exit is or where the elevators are.
-If there is more than one drive out exit from the lot.

Used this parking garage twice around Christmas. Once for a Titan's game once for a concert at the Ryman. It was super convenient to everything downtown including the pedestrian bridge for the game. Very easy to reserve your spot online and it's open 24 hours for those late nights! You can't beat the convenience when you're from out of town and aren't familiar with downtown Nashville.

Too many spaces block with cones and service carts. Yellow chain in front of Alley door makes it difficult to avoid getting hit by departing vehicles

2-6 hours of parking was $25. we didn’t need all six hours, so we picked 8:30-11. when we got there at 8:25, our ticket wouldn’t let us in the garage; we had to wait until 8:30 until we were allowed in. we ended up leaving at 11:30, after the time we originally specified but still well within the 2-6 hour window. our pass no longer was valid and we had to pay an additional $20 to leave. neither the garage nor parking.com would issue a refund, and the person working for the garage was remarkably unhelpful and rude. i doubt i will ever use either again.

if you go, make sure you add buffer time before you think you’ll arrive and use the entire time range, even if you know you will leave before that.

Couldnt get outf the garage, he4e was not anyoe to help with the gates upon exit.

The covered parking garage was safe and convenient. The price was the most reasonable we found in the Broadway Bar District! Better yet, the easy online booking process gave us peace of mind, knowing available parking was awaiting our arrival.

It did not work for me I had to pay on the app and again when I went out of parking lot so paid $50.99 for parking
