They sold my reserved parking to…
They sold my reserved parking to someoneelse so never come again. Waste of time reserving paying tried to park there finding new park area and trying to get them refund wasting time at all

Rude attendants
I don’t understand why if you select oversized vehicle when prebooking online, that it doesn’t add the oversized vehicle fee or at least make it clear that this will be charged at the location.
It was unexpected. And the attendant was extremely rude about it. No explanation, he just pointed at the sign and demanded that we paid the additional fee before handing us the keys back.
I would not recommend it use this location again.

Be careful about this scam garage
Be careful about this scam garage. You rezerv your spot online and when you go there they charge different or they say you can leave. Do not park this place.

Scam buying a spot doesn’t mean anything
After reserving a spot they filled the parking garage and I had to pay double the price to park somewhere else because I was scared by these people

I paid ahead of time for my oversized…
I paid ahead of time for my oversized suv reservation. When we pulled in, the guy said oh you have to pay extra for the oversized suv. So I had to point out on my reservation receipt that I already paid, and it said oversized. Upon exiting, the guy working the register would not give us our keys unless we paid $30 extra for our oversized car. I explained what happened upon entry, and I even showed him my copy receipt that I prepaid. He called a manager, and they said that we had to pay the extra $30.
We will not be using this garage again.

This experience was horrible, I paid $130 to park for an oversized vehicle, and when I arrived, they refused to take my truck, please contact me
So we can discuss a refund.
