Convenient,price reasonable,great location

It was easy to reserve and pay for the parking

The only problem I had was that I couldn’t change the time for a refund. I’m not talking under a hour. I was ready to leave after 2 hours but I paid for 6. That was frustrating.

I had to pay for parking twice. Could not get a hold of anyone at your contact number. Will never use this service again

Once I paid the $26 someone told me they parked a street over and paid $10 for 8 hours !! You all are ripping people off

Well, my car got broken into and lots of belongings stolen. There was no direct customer service number or email that i could contact about getting footage or anything. Would be nice to at least have my $15 back.

My passenger window was busted out along with several others’. Not a camera in sight.

Location, availability and ease of pay were all great!

I was so happy to find parking so close to the venue & it was so easy to get to - no problems at all!

Fantastic service, easy reservations

I only parked for 1 hour and was suppose to be refunded the other hour and wasn’t

I was lost and it had the location for me to find when I left my car.

Paid for parking with my phone received a receipt saying I had to be out by 5:30 was back at my truck at 2 pm and had a $70 ticket on it why

I had to pay twice. Because the first time I paid, the email I received said I had 5 minutes exit the parking lot since my time had expired. I had literally just paid.

I ended up paying $60 for parking because I kept getting alerts that my time was nearing its end and I needed to pay again to keep my space, I was only there a total of 4 hours. Turns out it was $15 for the entire day so I’m not sure why it kept asking me to pay more.
