Good welcome but no european Visa card
The welcome was very good and there was no problems with our car during the parking. But on the Parking app, we found out that we couldn’t pay with an European Visa card, it’s a pity that we can’t take out the car once in a middle of long staying.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I checked all your info on website regarding oversized car and also called your office to confirm that my car would be ok to park and when I came to your parking place you didn't take my car and your employee wasn't nice person. You charged me for service I didn't receive. You provide very bad service and give wrong information to costumers.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The wait to drop off and pick up my car was unacceptable. The garage was not busy at either pick up or drop off. The staff simply ignored me.

There was a problem with the payment…
There was a problem with the payment once we had the had the car parked.
The car was parked in the garage, but the once we came back for the car the online payment was not credited.

Accommodating
We made a reservation, which was easy. Dropping car was very easy. Staff was great, especially when we had to go back to our car twice when we forgot items. Price was excellent.

After reserving a parking space to take…
After reserving a parking space to take my father to the hospital, upon arrival I was informed that the lot was completely full and then had to take alternative parking at three times the cost. When I reached out to Parking.com for a refund, their customer service representative promised to open a support case for this issue and I received an email for it. I replied back on the email detailing the issue but have not received a response after 8 days.
