Poorly Handled
The issue I had with parking was very poorly handled by the employees. I had two different employees attempting to help me exit the parking garage after placing my ticket into the wrong slot I had them on the intercom and both of them disappeared in the middle of the conversation leaving me stranded with the traffic building up behind me and no way to exit. To leave someone stranded in a situation like that is totally inexcusable and should have never happened they should have seen the situation through where I'd be able to exit the garage without making repeated attempts to contact someone for help.

The payment machine did not work despite my following the on screen instructions. The help lady was difficult to understand.

Unpleasant experience
Unpleasant experience. Both attendants using machine phone (male)!and at the ticket gate (woman) were unable to understand. Heavy accents were very frustrating to understand instructions and to communicate holding up traffic lines to exit parking lot.
