The online payment method was easy to use and very convenient! I wish the price was lower, but that’s how times are unfortunately. Great service!

Strongly disliked the prices! Extremely expensive, especially for a weekend. I will definitely not park here anymore, I will try my absolute hardest to find street parking, especially since it’s free.

Paid for parking. Came out to a ticket after the concert. Disputed it with my receipt as proof and it was denied. Tried to dispute it again with verification from my bank and you can only "file 1 dispute per ticket". Pathetic!

Gave me a $80.00 ticket for allegedly moving a cone/parked in a blocked space. We are not from that area and didn’t know a cone was to be there. When we parked there was an empty spot in between 2 cars. (A car to the right and left of us.) No cone! I believe they do this on purpose just to make extra money. If there was supposed to be a cone there someone probably needs to be on site to make sure no one parks there or paint something on the ground. Not just give a ticket and say we moved a cone. This guy that runs this lot is very dishonest. You would think that to give us a ticket like this they should have a video but there was not. How convenient!

Paying was easy and accurate. No issues.

We had difficulty the second time we went to this lot. we thought had paid but had not a got an $85.00 ticket! We put our credit card info in 3x and then tried Apple Pay, thought we were good but then bam...ticket

The lot had vendors in it, the price is to high and trees are overflowing in the handicap parking spaces.

I was very frustrated that I used the QR code at the entrance and paid $25. Friends who used the kiosk only paid $8. ☹️

It was convenient and in an opened area. Easy to add time if needed.

Scanning the QR code at the parking lot gave a price more than 3 times what it cost paying at the parking lot terminal! It was $25 bs $8.

It was a good experience based on proximity to my destination and the availability of a good location. Using the digital features were okay but the human element would have been much more enjoyable.

I would like paying a human attendant …. I don’t see well and sometimes it’s hard for me doing everything on my phone .

Quick and easy only thing is I wish you they would give you a bit of a grace period if you miss your deadline by a few minutes.
