I appreciate the ease and convenience of the credit card enabled parking meters. I don't like be continuously reminded about a survey for a parking meter.

I was billed $12 instead of the posted $8

Charges were too large and connection for payment took waaaay too long. I will not use your application again.

Expensive and no confirmation email or text.

It nvr fully downloads on my phone nor accepts my card the first time. Also didn’t give me the option to change it to AM so I got charged more.

I couldn’t get out of the lot which showed I paid. After 30 minutes I followed someone out the gate.

Plenty of open parking spaces, easy payment process.

It was so easy!! A little time consuming but worth it. So easy to add on more time too. Thank you

The sign says $4 for an hour of parking.

In fine print below (which many will miss) it’s $12 for Friday evenings. There is also a $1 service charge.

Was charged $13 for 49 minutes of parking. Overpriced and misleading.

If you are parking for an indefinite amount of time, you have to be sure to pay for more time than you'll actually need.

It was confusing on how much time to get ended up paying 27 Dollars for a 4 hour evening.

Easy to use but you must have a smart phone.

This system was not as easy and straightforward to use as Parkmobile. It was also very expensive! I will try to avoid lots that use parking.com in the future.

Once I downloaded the app, the process went quickly

the flat fee for parking after a certain time is $12.99 so no matter how long of a time you reserve, that is the price but if you want to reserve say another 30 minutes, you’d have to pay another 12.99 which i thought was too high a price to begin with. you should be able to add extra time without paying more if you have already paid the flat rate.
