I have booked multiple times through your app. When I reserve a parking spot and apply my discount code, the price changes to $9. However, once I proceed to payment, I am charged $26. I have also tried contacting your support team with no success. I’ve submitted several complaints via phone, but I still haven’t received any assistance to this day.

Credit card processing malfunction on site
Despite my putting in my new credit card information, Parking.com keeps trying to use my old expired credit card information, and so I keep getting declined. I have updated the credit card info on the site, but the issue keeps happening. My old card info must be buried somewhere in Parking.com's data. It has happend for several consecutive weeks

I liked how clean and secure it was
I liked how clean and secure it was. Got a ticket when the attendant scanned my QR code, not sure what it was for. No one said that I had to enter on one side only and get checked in by security. Also some elevators don’t go to C1 so had to go back up to get in another elevator.

No access to elevators
We had to walk down to the bottom of the garage, some 6 floors, because the elevator access was not available. Staff thought it was funny that we followed their instructions to ask the security guard that they knew wasn't there to use the elevators, and when we asked how to get in they shrugged with a smile on their face knowing we just spent 10 minutes trying to get in without success.
