The lot we were told to go to was non-existent. Waste of money. Waste of time. Scam.

The garage door was close when I got there. I called customer service 4 times, so I ended up parking someone else for double the price.

Never again

Because of traffic and cars coming out of the parking garage, I could not get into the garage and did not park there. There was no way to cancel my as it was passed the reservation time.

I waited at least 35 minutes before valet even collected my ticket to retrieve my car making me late for a reservation. I did see that they were extremely busy but what makes the experience disappointing is they would refuse to even acknowledge your preference while they were retrieving other people's vehicles. They could have said we see you've been waiting, we'll be with you soon or something of that nature. Instead they awkwardly raced by me not making eye contact. I pretty much had to run them down to even acknowledge me.

Could not find the parkkng garage. Directions horrible. Went round in circles wasting gas for half hour. Finally went to another place having to pay 41 more dollars. Gps goes out under the tunnels so you are completely on your own. When u dont know where to go in a placd you never been its scarey. Never found it. Waste of money!

Everything was fine. The parking was very lovely.

The lot was close to the venue I was going to. It was clean, efficient and the attendants were pleasant. I will definitely plan to use ParkingDotCom again soon!

Address for location inconsistent with gps software. Unfortunately had to use another parking facility costing more than double. Experienced this multiple times.

I live in Indiana so when I looked up parking for Water Tower, I trusted this was accurate. I used the directions button on the website and, when we got to Chicago, it did not take us to a parking garage. There wasn't even one in sight. The picture it showed waa nowhere.

No customer service. Was unable to make it to the garage because of protestors during the Magnificent Mile Lights. Simply requested a refund. Got the boiler plate emails "Someone will be reaching out to you". Not only was our evening ruined but we're out $62 for both parking passes. Thank you for your understanding. Happy Holidays!!

The garage and the valet were easy to use and efficient, and I felt the price was good for the location. The issue I had was my reservation indicating the address was 156 E. Chicago Ave. There is nothing at that address, and the garage itself is on what would be the odd-number addresses for E. Chicago Ave. With all the traffic and one-way streets, it took about 45 minutes to get rerouted and into the garage.
