I appreciate the cleanliness of the parking garage. Thank you for making it easy for me to park and take care of my business

Tried to get out last night and either said invalid gate code (575) or that we weren’t close enough to the gate. Finally left and the system still shows I am there 15 hours later. No one to help, no one to fix it. WTH?? Will I just be charged indefinitely? I tried about 10+ times.

Parking was easy with the scan the barcode upon entering option. When I was ready to exit a few days later it was great, just clicked the link in a text message.

A great place to park when convention center parking is full.

We were trying to exit the parking garage, and we asked the attendant for help but he was to busy talking on the phone and got annoyed and pointed to the costumer service number. We called the number and the lady asked if the was anyone there that could help us, when I said that the attendant was on the phone mind his own business the guy come closer and tried to help but at that point it was too late. We had a voucher and didn't let us use it.There was other 3 cars trying to exit and have no clue how, the instructions are not clear when you enter, you need to have a smartphone and you don't know the price till after you already parked and got to the elevator.

Parking was convenient and somewhat simple to pay. Just seems a little expensive.

The location where great, right across the street from my hotel... Didn't like that I had to park on the 5th floor but it was ok...

Half the time I could not get out of the garage because the system would malfunction. The lines are so small and I feel like I’m going to hit someone every time. Elevators are nasty af and smell like weed half the time, cigarette smoke the other half. $25 for this shit is absolutely insane and unjustified.

I was in the deck for 1 hour and parking was suppose to be 5.00 and they took 10.99 off of my card.

I parked for less then a half hr and was charged full price

I think parking should be cheaper when there for hospital stays

My car was broken into while parked in the lot. Then I still had to pay to get out of the deck. Talk about insult to injury!
