Easy in and out

The directions for your ap did not take me to the right location. I ended up in the wrong parking lot and had to pay a second fee.

I use this parking lot to go to watch the game sometimes.
Location is good and price is affordable. And the important thing is safe here. This is my favorite parking lot in Seattle.Thank you❗️

I was in for the extra Early Bird special for$11.00;
There wasn’t a out by time posted.So when I did leave,it cost me $37 + service fee.No mention of that fee either.

Your machine malfunction cost me a ton of time and it was super frustrating to have to deal with a intercom phone person. I would have preferred to talk to a person on site. I also think that since it was clearly your error that delayed me, I should not have been charged. Oh yeah, and the payment app also sucks and prolonged my delay.

Easy to get in and ou with autopay and waiting for the attendant

I parked once and was charged twice. My manager helped me to apply for a refund, but several months have passed and I still haven't received a refund.

Very easy to use

I have yet to get a Paramont parking discount to work (3 times now). The theater even gave a new one to try. It is pretty disappointing every time.

Using Parking.com at 7th & Pike was a pleasure while attending a performance at the Paramount theatre. Was easy to enter the garage and find a decent parking spot. The cost to park was reasonable and it was a quick walk to the theatre. But best of all was the attendant that help keep things moving after the show let out and everyone was eager to head home. She did a wonderful job of ensuring there weren't any hang ups. Plus paying by QR code was a bonus. Thank you.

I would have given one star but the parking attendant was there to lift the gate for people. First time to use the scanner and it worked ok.
Forgot to take my parking discount card so it cost an additional $3.00 for parking.

Not easy to set up and long lines to exit parking!

It is a pain figuring your new pay system.

Very reasonably priced! I love that you have until 10am to get the lower rate (early bird). A lot of space and staff are helpful.
