relief to know i wouldn't have to hunt for parking space for a big event.
801 E Cary St was a great location, outdoor (not a parking garage) plenty of space in the space.

Paying online was easy enough but the lot's not well signed for those who reserved spaces. Yes it's on the ground, but there need to be clear signs stating that the spots are reserved 24-7 hour customers with parking.com reservations. Otherwise, since you pay for the lot on an app, someone will have walked away before knowing they can't park there because all spaces have been paid for, either by those already on the lot, or those with paid reservations. I like the idea of reserving in advance but need more confidence that the spot will actually be available, especially in such a small lot. (P. S. It's the surface lot, not the connected private garage. The signage and web page are very clear on this, just easy to forget when you see the garage entrance there).

The outside parking lot gave me plenty of room to get our larger vehicle into the parking spot. The app was easy to use and payment was quick. I also got text reminders when it got close to my time running out.

It was a little confusing to pay, it was my first time there. Overall good experience

An hour and fifteen minutes cost over $15. The lot around the corner is $6 for two hours. Y’all are a rip off

It was easy, convenient

Location is good and a good fit to attend events at Browns Island. Signage could be better. Reservation indicated there would be a place to scan in and out and there is not. Signage / reservation website needs to clarify that is the ground level parking lot outside a private parking garage.

I prepaid for a spot, followed the directions in the app and was charged a second time. I will never use this app and I have told others to avoid it as well. Nothing but a scam.

I paid entirely to much for a couple hours. It didn’t allow me to state that i was going to be there on Sunday for a couple hours.

terrible experience. saw a sign - paid for parking in a certain garage - got there and it was closed and locked and gate wouldn’t open. got charged and had to find another place to park. wouldn’t recommend. find another vendor
