It would not take any of mu credit cards. It took me 30 minutes to get out calling customer service

Couldn’t get back in the second time after going to get dinner

None of the gates would accept credit cards and you charged me a fee to pay online. Not happy about that at all

Great communication ater a lost parking ticket and exit gate credit card malfunction on how to resolve the problem. Thanks to the customer service representative who was able to quickly create a workaround for the issue, so that we were not late for our Cleveland Clinic appointment.

Easy access and friendly staff

The card reader didn't work at the garage, so I had to pay online and was charged an extra fee on top of taking an extra 15 minutes to get out of the garage.

Sadly, the scanner did not read my printed QR code upon entry so I had to buzz and ask for assistance. Leaving was equally as frustrating when you need a parking attendants help when there is a line of cars behind you.

Was charged twice for one transaction and shad to pay a third time at the parking lot. Have the first two charges disputed with my CC and will not be paying these charges.

Great and easy to use and worth the money

Edit: The company contacted me pretty quickly and refunded my money that I paid for their pass. Thank you for taking care of this matter in a timely fashion.

I printed off the sheet like it told me too and it wouldn't scan once I got to the parking garage, so I double paid for parking. Won't be using this service again!

Parked in the 900 Prospect garage. Entered immediately and found a spot near the elevator. Perfect. And it’s nice to exit quickly. Will definitely use your company again.

I paid $59 for a parking pass online, when I arrived it was only $30 at the gate. My printout did not contain a date or any specific information and had the lady not been so kind she would not have let me in with the documents I had!

Parking.com price did not even remotely reflect the price of the lot.

Parking.com's price was $56.95, when we arrived at the lot, the posted prices was $30.00.

I doubt I would use Parking.com again.

Worked as advertised; convenient and customer friendly.

No mention of a time slot when purchasing the parking!!! I purchased parking and had to wait a hour to park!!!
