The parking itself was fine
The parking itself was fine, but it took me 15 minutes (!) and a lot of stress to get out of the garage. The QR code reader (which does not work very well under the best of circumstances) registered my active session as a previously used one, so it wouldn't open the gate. The system for contacting help was problematic. Very stressful exit-from-the-garage experience.

The app never works
The app never works. Sometimes the attendant who answers is nice others are rude. There are advertisements throughout the garage for Parking.com. I would love to continue to use the app. The time and energy of going back and forth is not worth it. To be honest the the only time the parking pass worked was when I called in to complain because I had to pay an additional amount to leave the garage. I believe the gentleman's name was Ryan, he was extremely nice and he emailed me the passes.

Invalid ticket
When I went to use scanner, ticket wouldn’t pick up and said Invalid ticket. I had to purchase a ticket there since the one I bought here didn’t work. Probably won’t use this website again

No one in customer service ever picks…
No one in customer service ever picks up the phones or gets back to you and the codes to get in always said invalid voucher at the parking garage every time.
