Great service and treated wonderful

First time using this parking lot and I loved that it was very easy and fast all the process. I realized when I was leaving the parking lot that you check on camera my plates when I was driving out of the parking lot and I got an immediate message that my bill is been paid. That was awesome, because I don’t need to get out of my car to do all the process. Amazing! Thank you for making easy to park at Arlington Convention Center.

Easy in and out especially if you are an established customer. Good there is help by live human who can help those that are challenged.

Convenient and automated

Very congested trying to get into the parking garage and figuring out the pay system was not easy. Also, when exiting it was very confusing because there were multiple exit signs and they were pointing in different directions. I circled three times before I was able to exit.

It was a horrible experience. I hate the bar code. I waited for 10 minutes to get out of the the garage while my tire deflated. I will never park at this hotel again.
Phone bar codes are horrible in a garage and using a call center is the worst.

What was a parking nightmare at Texas Live…after waiting over 35 minutes for valet…a gentleman from Loews came up and said we could park in the Loews parking garage for $4 for every two hours. No brainer!!!

It was nice and easy parking experience. The only thing I wished was more signs to show the elevator. Also it was a bit confusing with the rental car company and exiting the parking lot.

It was convenient & easy to park.

Quick and easy, but there were issues with adding a credit card. The keyboard wouldn't pop up to add in a billing zip code or email to finish out the transaction. Despite that, the employee was friendly and informative.

The parking attendants were very kind and helpful, but the fees are outrageous. I spent one night at the hotel, was parked in the garage less than 24 hours, and it cost $29. There were no events at either ATT Stadium or Globe Life Field during my stay.

Appreciate you asking, but I think everything is good with your parking company.

It was very confusing for me. I’m not very good with using apps or scanning things. Good thing my daughter was there. She took over and handled the process. She thought it was fine.

It was easy to register to park and even easier to pay to get out. I would park here again. Scan the information and instant texting. Not so hot if you don't have a smartphone or the battery to last your stay.

We had a code to use but it was difficult to exit

Your entry and exit with your QR Code system is almost impossible to use.

The garage was nice and clean, though.

In our confusion of what to do the parking attendants were super friendly and helpful.

The guy that took our car smells like marijuana, strong smell, no damage to the car but I was concerned, the other option was the public parking lot, so I decided to take the stoned guy than park my car on a place full of homeless
