Parking didn't exist. Due to construction the parking I booked didn't exist. I called customer service that evening and they wouldn't give me a refund. Would not recommend.

Hard to find the parking spot. GPS took us to a bus stop. We went around five times and couldn't find it and ended up parking in a residential area although we didn't have a permit.
I paid online for parking but when I arrived at the address, there was no parking lot/garage. This is a rip off.

Parking didn't exist.
Due to construction the parking I booked didn't exist. I called customer service that evening and they wouldn't give me a refund.

Rip off
I paid online for parking but when I arrived at the address, there was no parking lot/garage. This is a rip off.

The worst
The worst. I paid for a parking lot that doesn’t exist. The offshore customer service was no help. I need to try to get my money back.

Couldn't to find the parking spot
Hard to find the parking spot. GPS took us to a bus stop. We went around five times and couldn't find it and ended up parking in a residential area although we didn't have a permit.

The parking lot did not exist in the location specified on the app and it’s accompanying map. Only paid $5.00 for four hours but still needs to be fixed. Ended up parking on the street. I went back walking and checked closely. At the address specified was a building, right next to the L train stop.

Awful liars
Awful. The parking area was marketed as a structure. It didn't exist, the only parking where it claimed to be at was Chicago city meter parking.
Kept driving around in circles to find the designated area. Didn't exist.
Waste of money and I hold this website culpable as well. Told all my friends do NOT trust this service.
