Attendant at arrival was efficient. Great location. Car stayed on ground level too. Attendant at departure could not find my car. I had to show him where it was parked.

$34 for up 12hrs of parking, is really good for that area. The garage is a little tricky. You have to take a sharp right turn. Go around some spots to the Valet office. Leave the car on or off. They will park your car. Do not loose the voucher, they’ll charge big bucks if you show up without one.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Convenient. Reassuring to know you can have a parking spot reserved ahead of time - avoiding the street parking hunt.

Attendant at arrival was efficient
Attendant at arrival was efficient. Great location. Car stayed on ground level too.
Attendant at departure could not find my car. I had to show him where it was parked.

There isn't a way to log in to the app on my phone to see a reservation made outside of it (on a PC through the web). I contacted customer service and was told it's a known problem. My reply is - then fix it! The parking spot (belmont hotel) is nice and I have no other complaints.
