I have received several non payment…
I have received several non payment tickets on my car, even though I paid through the app. Also, the lighting at the location was never addressed even though the lights don’t come on after dusk or dark.

Too difficult to find my lot after I…
Too difficult to find my lot after I left the station. They system kept taking me to the lot nearest my location. It was a terrible loop! Also, the extra fee is too high! Last, we tried to call the parking facility about the machine being broken. No one returns our calls. Awful!

When the app is inoperable (for some…
When the app is inoperable (for some considerable time), and users get repeating 'error codes' while attempting to pay or reserve parking, there's no one competent to answer calls responsibly. The general response is always, "just keeping trying." They should be able to give an estimated time to restoration or at least take the order over the phone. Something better than the OBVIOUS conclusion: "try, try, again."
