Very quick and easy process

UPDATE: Thank you Parking.com for clarifying that and realizing there was a problem with Sign (and the refund). PROBLEM ON USING THE QR CODE TO PAY! Had to pay twice to secure a printed receipt. I paid online via the QR code and it said to "print the receipt and place it in my dash" I was standing on a sidewalk using my cellphone so alas no printer handy. Had to use the "old city-style" meter that DID have a printer to generate a printed receipt AFTER paying a 2nd time. $36 for an $18 lot. And NOBODY answered the printed customer service number when I called.

Great location! Paying was easy

Easy to get with the GPS, minus the large semi truck blocking the entrance, so it took some maneuvering to get into the parking lot. It is alittle pricey when you consider the extra $1 fee (totaling $19 for the day). You can literally cross the street and park for much cheaper. I will say this area did provide shade from the building and we did see a cop roll thru, so that was a bit comforting.

I had to pay for a day when I only used parking for couple of hours.

We parked in a very convenient lot, well lit, safe, super close to our destination. No prior reservation needed and safe location. Easy access and competitive priced.

I had a mishap with parking and Juanita helped assist me rectify my situation. She was very helpful and her level of customer service should be recognized. Thank you for turning a stressful moment to ease.

Very confusing system in place, theres a meter next to the sign form this company which is the one I ended up using so I could get a hard copy receipt to place on my dashboard forma $18, I followed this company instructions to ponline, never gave me an indication it was successful and no receipt anywhere, I got charged $25 three times which Im now disputing it with my bank!

Update: parking company reached out to me and will take care of my refunds, as soon as they do that, I will change my review. Thank you!
