The ticket payment machine at exit, only exit, was not working. Tried four different cards several times. Even with help of Help person, it wouldn’t work. Took time to communicate giving my phone number & email to him, & him sending me texts & emails. Took over 10 minutes! Holding up cars behind me!

Very easy to park and pay
Very easy to park and pay. Close to the arena, and price was $5 less than a lot across the street.

Great customer service and easy access
Charlotte helped me set up my account and linked both office ID and EZ tags on my vehicles. Entry and exit with EZ tag is very easy. Weekend entry was easy as well.
