Plenty of room

Parked several days @ Garfield with no issues

I got what I paid for. Price was very fair.

Super easy way to pay for your parking! Scan the QR code enter your info and you are all done. Text reminder about how much time you have left and a quick link if you want to add more time.

Parking was easy. The App was easy to use.

I like the idea of the application allowing me to book my parking space. But I've had issues with the app. I would book a space but I can't see the reservation on the app. I got the email confirmation which eases my worries. I wish it would work as it is supposed to for me.

good and very affordable parking. Close to the city with no hassle. Very friendly stuff at the station.
A little better signage leading to the parking structure would be good.

They always remind you when your time is up to add more if needed.

Always a great way to get reduced parking right away. Two things negative that take a star away: 1) hard to find the garages most of the time unless a clear photo of the outside of the building is shown. Needs some kind of unique signage.
2) parking spaces from hell. Not their fault but sometimes the garages have spots 12 floors up only or they are super narrow and hard to park in.

Easy to use, and was exactly what we had hoped for. Excellent experience at our parking site and via this mobile app.

The app and mobile website are pretty buggy and have an awkward user experience. It's rather clunky to search and finalize parking in advance starting at one of those endpoints.

And attempting to sign up for monthly parking was even worse. Pricing was confusing and it was unclear whether monthly parking would be administered through my Parking.com user account or some other account tired instead to a monthly parking account number.

The experience using direct link to pay for parking (QR scan or location number) is much smoother, however.

Easy to open an account and paying for the parking.

Took me like 5 min just to figure out how to book a spot because the UX was confusing. Took another 5 min to check out because no Apple Pay or other payments integrations.
