Bad QR Code/CSR
The QR code needed to leave the lot did not populate from the email or the app as intended. I had to press the assistance button and wave people to the other exit line while trying to communicate with the individual through the speaker who kept telling me that I should just pay at the box and kept cutting me off even though I pre-paid to avoid any issues. Eventually he took my name, phone number and order number and remotely raised the gate which I don't know why that wasn't an option in the first place..
The lot itself was fine and my car was in the same state I left it. Very convenient location for travel to and from O'Hare.
Paid for parking online
Paid for parking online, checked in and out at the exact times, still had to pay $8 and go back to the attendant because the gate wouldn’t open.

Need more specific instructions on how to enter and exist when you've prepaid. Very confusing and caused a lot of wasted time, energy, and created unnecessary anxiety.
Rosemont CTA lot oversold
I traveled to Los Angeles on March 21st and paid $117 to park in the Rosemont CTA park-and-ride lot for nine days. However, there were no parking spaces in the lot when I arrived on March 21st. Like several others, I had to park my car next to a curb in a circulation lane in the lot. Cars were parked on both sides of the circulation lanes throughout the lot. This company should not have been selling multi-day parking when it was full -- it is borderline fraudulent business practice to oversell.

Always convenient
Always convenient! Just be sure you enter after your start time and exit before your end time to avoid hassles and the need to intercom customer service. Give yourself 60-90 minutes leeway on either end. Won’t cost any more.
Pre-paid parking pass not accepted
My pre-paid parking pass wasn't accepted at the gate. If the gate doesn't accept my pre-payment that's double the cost to park! Not worth the two dollar a day discount for paying ahead. I was on hold for a while, possibly because I was leaving the lot before 6am.

A lot less than the airport parking. QR code didn't work, I had to contact customer service with my door open in a snow storm at 2am.

the scanner would not read qr code. I had used this before and no problems but this time neither payment machines would read the 58.16 that I paid and then I had to pay the full 65 dollars for parking at rosement. I sent a copy of the qr code sheet that showed the payment along with my receipt and have not heard anything. I received and acknowledgement, but no one has contacted me.

Some one to help at the location is desired.
Parking in open at the same rate as closed parking did not offer any advantage. Rates in the are hotel parking rates were similar, parking and paying for train to O’Hare was much more costly than free shuttle to airport. Phone help was not any help.

QR Code did not work at checkout. Luckily the gate attendant was helpful and I eventually was able to get out of the lot.
Signage issues at Rosemont
The signage to direct drivers for both entering and leaving the secure parking lot was confusing and inadequate. And walking routes from the lot to the station could be clarified and made safer for pedestrians pulling luggage. Appreciated the attendant in the station at the ticket kiosk. She gave helpful advice for three days of using metro in Chicago on our long weekend visit.
