Easy to use and economical I recommend the app all
l the time.

Choices offered and ease of use has been great

Easy to find, great location as it is across the street from The Mart. Friendly professional front desk personnel to guide us to elevators, ( it was first time using if garage)

The overall experience is good Noe, I just wish it was easier to select the times one is parking, another one would be bearing able to extend the my parking time when needed and maybe getting a notification to do that just like they do it on spothero.

Had a terrible experience. I received an email confirmation but there was no QR code anywhere to be found. Tried to call customer service and was waiting on hold for so long I gave up and booked parking with the (competitor's) app I have always used. The $4 savings was not worth the hassle of the terrible user experience. I'll wait for Parking.com to drive the prices down with the competition and I can reap the benefits while still using an app that was created by people who understand technology and UX design.

Booked my reservation and was provided emailed confirmation without a QR Code. Was unable to access garage without pulling a ticket which led to a challenge to exit.

The QR code did not show up on the parking pass. I took a ticket to get in. Called customer service twice to resolve. They said to press the call button when I leave to show parking pass. I tried that but no one ever came and there was a line of cars waiting to get out.

I paid $10 for a parking spot. The confirmation didn’t include my QR code to scan to get in. I spent an hour in the phone trying to get into the garage and resolve the issue. Finally I took a ticket to get in and had to pay the going rate, and they refunded my $10. Total waste of my time.
