Was charged $220 for one day. Nothing could be done over the phone so I had to stop by the office and talk to the manager. Currently still waiting on $180 refund, its been about a week and a half sinc... Ver más

I have been trying to figure out how to…

I have been trying to figure out how to cancel because the CruiseLine cancelled their event. And neither the app nor online is a way to do that, that I have found. I call and a robot tells me to cancel online...I have emailed the support desk, waiting to hear for 3 days now. Not user friendly at all.

Had to log into acct to reserve

The parking location I wanted and had reserved for a vacation last year did not show on my search this year. However when I logged into my account and looked at past years it was there and gave me the opportunity to reserve it again. So everything worked out.

Parking is parking, customer service deserves a < 0 review.

Parking is parking. If the lot is where you need it, then there is not much to say about it. I will however say that if there is a problem, it's a huge problem. Customer service simply does not exist here. I had a question once I was parked. Mutliple phones calls and an email all went and remain unanswered. When leaving the lot, another customer was stuck at the gate. I myself started calling and just got snarky women saying there was clearly no issue because no one had called. After waiting for an hour, an attendant finally showed up, with at least 8 vehciles queued up to exit. After fumbling with the gate through multiple cars, the gate attendant just started waving vehicles out of the lot.

So now the system still shows me being in the lot. I called and emailed again, without any response or help. Customer service is a disaster here and simply doesn't exist. I guess I will just get ready to dispute charges with my credit card company when a bill for days or weeks of parking comes through.

Do better. It's not hard to respond to an email.

My only complaint

My only complaint, there wasn't enough shuttle vans to take us to the cruise port. The wait was long going to and coming from. Need to add a couple more of the shuttles. The parking lot was good. Plenty of spaces.

Easy to set up and use

Easy to set up and use - like the automatic check in/out using license plate. Good shuttle, although it wasn't available upon arrival, we were able to use it to get back to the lot after our cruise. Wish pricing were more affordable.

Will NEVER Use This Parking Lot Again

The amount of parking we were charged was over $100 more than advertised. We were dropped off at the cruise terminal where NO porters were available. A Massport Terminal Official had to locate a Porter. When picked up we waited in a LONG line. Two cruise ships had passengers in the line with ONE shuttle bus running. No phone number. No one responds to email. Hard to believe the cruise ship recommends this place. Will NEVER use this parking lot again. Worst parking experience we ever had. The one shuttle driver was friendly, professional, and doing his best under difficult circumstances.

Going in - Great, Going out - Not so much

Parking lot was easy to find and very close to cruise ship. Quick ride to the ship at luggage drop off. They had 2 or 3 vans running at the same time, usually with only 4 or 6 people.
Coming off the ship there was a long line, (to be expected) but only one shuttle running. Driver was doing his best, but there should have been more vans! No doubt, some one called in sick or no showed.

Online booking made it easy but worried about getting a spot

Aerial photo of the lot seemed to show it was pretty small for cruise ship parking. I was concerned that there would be no space available if I booked online but I did anyway because the rate was a little less than the regular full daily rate. The lot was pretty full but I was able to get a parking space. Turns out that online booking made it pretty easy. Not necessarily parking.com's fault but I have new paint scuffs on both sides of my car.

Cruise port parking

I had to call in to make the reservation for parking for the cruise port. It kept asking me for a password. I tried numerous times even after setting up an account and it wouldn't let me get past asking for a password.

I called direct got directed to go to website for my question.
Emailed as instructed I have a Sprinter Van conversion i paid for X Large vehicle My question was is a Sprinter van a X Large vehicle?
I emailed a week ago no response.

Parking at Fargo Lot in Boston MA

It was very difficult with you website in trying to get answers to questions as the only source of communication was by email. It was three days before I received a response to my inquiry which only created more questions. I asked for a phone number to call verses emailing which I wasn't provided. It took me a long time of research on my own and several phone calls to FINALLY get the information I needed in order to make sure I was making the right decision. You really need to do better with customer service.
