Great app and parking
I used the app for the first time attending the ACC baseball tournament. It was a good experience but didn’t see the events link, which was cheaper. Lesson learned but used the app a couple times for the week. Overall a great place to park and the app was easy to navigate and use.
The address was a little misleading because we entered on MLK Blvd and didn’t see an entrance on Mint St. Great parking though.

Parking.com is super easy. I'm only giving it 4 stars though because the address of the garage was not accurate and led us to the garage next to where ours was.

The reservation was easy to make and…
The reservation was easy to make and execute. On my first attempt I made a mistake, and the reservation wouldn't complete but it charged my card. I made a second one and it worked perfectly. I contacted them and they took care of the issue with the first reservation. The lot was easy to enter and exit. I will use them again !

When I went there on the day, it was great because I could just scan the bar code on my pass.

It was quite easy to find parking areas…
It was quite easy to find parking areas around BofA stadium and then it’s just pick the parking garage, and sign up pay online. Parking cost comes up with the various parking areas so you can decide what to book.

Parking Convenience
It was easy to reserve parking. I would highly recommend using this parking space, especially during big events at the stadium. There was an attendant onsite to help before and after the event.

I wasn't able to access the parking lot since the police had roped off the area around the garage. Driving was so hectic, I wasn't able to talk to a police officer and therefore ended up paying an additional fee to rent at another location.
