Was told incorrectly that I could go to and from the parking garage during the multiple days that I booked and that was not the case. I ended up spending way more in parking fees than I would have without pre booking.

Prepaid Ticket Failed
I prepaid for overnight parking, and I printed out my ticket. Unfortunately, the machine did not successfully scan the code. I ended paying full price again to park in the garage.

The staff was great
It was a good location, price was reasonable. The walk was a little far, but not too bad. Definitely better than being parked at the stadium.

Convivence with economy!
Easy to find an available space at a garage of my choice. It is downtown rather than next to the stadium (which is prohibitively expensive), next to the subway station. The subway is free and will drop us right next to the stadium.

The streets were closed around the…
The streets were closed around the parking garage that I reserved for parking. I could not get to the garage and had to pay again for parking in a different garage. I'm not from Pittsburgh so I had no idea what streets would be open and which were not. This is something I feel should have been disclosed to me when I reserved the parking spot.

Can’t leave and return
I paid for a weekend of parking and did not see anywhere that I could not leave the parking garage and reenter using the same reservation. I literally used 3 hours of the pass I paid for.

I paid for a parking spot that I never…
I paid for a parking spot that I never used due to road construction and detour I couldn’t get access to the entrance. Not good on the garage or website. Dont advertise and charge for a spot that can’t be used. I paid $25 for this!
