I will not go to down town Nashville without using this app. It is so easy and convenient. I know I’m parking in the least expensive and closest parking structure to my destination.

The worker in the garage was very helpful. She assisted us getting in the garage and then saw us when we left and remembered us. She came over and helped us to exit and was very pleasant. I'm sorry I don't have her name. She should be commended!

I was able to reserve and pay in advance.

This would be easier if I was from the city and use to these things. As it was the women in the booth was no help and not friendly. I did manage to figure it out and hold up 4-5 cars. After that finding a parking place was ok.

I prepaid 24 hrs before arrival, and I still had to pay extra $20 when leaving at Library Garage in Nashville.

Parking app makes it very easy. This particular garage is always very crowded and you have to drive around and around to find an empty spot. The direction of driving around is also very confusing. Nevertheless, we use this lot because there are few others in the area.

My ticket that I paid for did not even work at the garage so I had to purchase a ticket in person. I was very upset and lost twelve dollars in the process. I would love a refund since my ticket did not work.
