You should be able to pick the increments of time needed. I paid almost $12 to park for one hour. That is absolutely absurd next time just for principle I will be taking an Uber.

Worst parking experience. I paid for a space and still issued a violation for 75.00
I am in dispute now with them . I have all my receipts which are time stamped for my paid space so I should be fine . But this sure is a lot of hassle . And it put a damper on what could have been a nice evening out at the Music Factory .

My pass sometimes doesn’t work even though it’s paid for.
I have to call the intercom and I waste so much time doing this.
I shouldn’t have to do this every time I get out of the building.

I had an issue at the time of paying and I got assisted via email and my issue was successfully resolved. The SP Plus enforcement team really cares about their customer's concerns.

I liked that there was more than enough parking to accommodate different events in the same area. You do not need to create an account to pay for parking online so the process is really simple. And the rate was cheaper than other parking options in the area.

We received a “parking violation” for no reason. I sent pictures proving we weren’t in violation and never heard anything back. Parking ticket said we were good until like 4am and it was midnight. I guess the person who issued the violation has nothing better to do than to try and get money from people. Heck we were parked right by a camera showing we arrived, got out, and scanned the code on the sign for payment. I have all the receipts showing we were LEGALLY parked.

My parking experience was good except, once the transaction is complete there is nothing letting you know that the transaction was done.

Got a violation when I paid my parking both nights and have yet to be reached by email … as usual there’s no way to talk to someone real… the tech support for this place is proabaly a 3rd world country

If i could give two different star ratings I would give the staff on the ground at the event 5 stars as they had to deal with a tricky situation with a lot of customers and they got it resolved quickly and professionally. The onlie payment I would have given 2 or three stars as when we (everyone parking there for the concert we were going to) scanned for payment the event was not there, but an earlier one that had had the parking expire during the concert. When you picked the date instead the booking defaulted to the earlier event. Apparently the solution qas to pick the next day, but there was nothing on the online page that told you this. The attendant helped everyone, called her supervisor, and took pictures of all the affected vehicles so we didn't get a ticket later. Lot was conenient and clean though.

I was glad to see an attendant assisting people that need the help
